Just had another great meal at All’Onda last night. This time we had sweetbreads, and bucatini with smoked sea urchin, then shared the short ribs with risotto. The short rib is even better than the one I love at Betony. Fabulous meal. Great beers once again, too. Unfortunately, the skate is no longer on the menu.
